• Fulfilment: delivery address, phone, cart items, payment method.
• Support: messages sent via Contact, Help, or Track & Support.
• Security: device/browser signals and IP used to deter abuse.

3. How we use data

• Protect login sessions and block fraudulent registrations.
• Hand packets to courier partners with accurate labels.
• Send transactional updates on dispatch, attempts, and refunds.
• Meet tax and accounting retention duties where required.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for the commercially required period. Marketing consent (if any) can be withdrawn by writing to support@magiccrophomecare.in.

5. Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion (subject to legal holds) by emailing support@magiccrophomecare.in from your registered address.

6. Safeguards

Passwords use one-way hashing. Card data stays with certified gateways — full PAN numbers never rest on our servers.
