1. Coverage

We ship HSN 1209 sowing seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit categories to courier-serviceable PIN codes across India. Unserviceable codes are blocked before checkout completes.

2. Packing

• Foil moisture barriers protect germination quality in transit.
• Heat-belt lanes may receive seasonal thermal inserts.
• Cartons list variety, handling cues, and support contacts.

3. Processing time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on business days usually leave within 24–48 hours. Festival surges may add one processing day.

4. Fees

Prepaid standard shipping is complimentary unless a remote surcharge appears at checkout. COD may show a handling fee before you confirm.

5. Delivery attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. Buyer-caused failures may require paid re-dispatch for sensitive seed lots.
